WHO AM I?

I’ve always known I wanted to care for others. But the “how” remained a mystery for a long time. Medicine, psychology, osteopathy… I explored many paths before finding the one that made the most sense to me: physiotherapy.


Why? Because this profession brings together everything I was looking for: strong human connection, a deep understanding of the body in motion, and most importantly, a real, concrete impact on people’s health and well-being.


But very quickly, I realised that physiotherapy alone was not always enough…

My approach

Combining physiotherapy and naturopathy for long-term performance

Working in a clinic allowed me to support many patients, particularly athletes. I loved watching their bodies regenerate, regain strength and balance after an injury. But I also saw their limits: recurring pain, inflammation that came back, persistent lack of energy…

That’s when naturopathy came into play. Because if you don’t look at the body as a whole, you miss the most important part.

Training in naturopathy was a revelation. I finally found answers: the importance of nutrition, sleep, stress management, optimal digestion… Today, my approach goes far beyond physiotherapy: I help athletes reach their full potential by combining physiotherapy, manual therapies, naturopathy, and micronutrition for sustainable performance and optimal health.

My field experience at the highest level

When I was offered to join the Haitian women’s football team as a physio for the 2023 World Cup in Australia, I didn’t hesitate for a second. An incredible opportunity… and one completely aligned with my vision.

Working at the highest level allowed me to sharpen my strategies, to deeply understand the needs of elite athletes, and above all, to adopt an even more precise and effective approach.

A balance between science and pragmatism

We live in a time where information spreads at lightning speed. The result? A lot of contradictory advice on nutrition and training, often more anxiety-inducing than helpful. I advocate for a measured and realistic approach.

A focus on what really works on the ground. A customised approach, because every athlete is unique.

MY MISSION

Today, as you’ve probably gathered, I’ve developed a wide range of tools, all serving a single goal: helping you optimise your performance without sacrificing your well-being. Whether it’s through physiotherapy, naturopathy, or the content I share and teach, my commitment is always the same: to provide you with the keys to perform while taking care of your body and your health over the long term.

Because — spoiler alert — a high-performing athlete is a healthy athlete. And I’m here to help you get there.
